Kind of bad service at the support

I'm curious... Am I the only getting bad service when writing to support@spotify.com?

5 different supporters has wrote back to me: 4 doesn't understand that I do not wan't to pay for Spotify twice a mounth, and one 'fixed' the problem, by refunding one of my payments and cancelling my subscription... Now I have paid for June, but I have no Premium!

Applause is not comming from me...

So we can get this looked into and reported to the guys, could you let us know your 8 digit case # for these emails?

We'll then look into the issue with your subscription too.

The case # is 03037986. Natalia, Customer Service Advisor, Cambridge, UK is looking at it now... Slowly though. I get one mail a day and it started thursdag. It's beyond my imagination that it can be so hard to understand what the problem is....

It started tuesday not thursday...
