My Question or Issue

I updated the spotify app on my LG smart TV and when I try to play music it isn't making any sound, I can see that the song is being played but it is on mute.

Hey @SzPal, help's here. 

Did you try removing the app, and unplugging the TV and plugging it back before re-adding it? If that doesn't work, we suggest that you get in touch with the manufacturer since they're the ones giving out the integrated Spotify app. In the meantime, you can always use the Connect feature to enjoy your tunes through the TV.
