My Question or Issue

1.  The function "shuffle" is a joke, it doesn't work the songs always come in same sequence, independent of the device/OS. HOW DOES IT WORK?
2. Integration between devices player (mobile and computer), if that exists, I remove a song from a playlist on a device, when I start listening on another device the song that I removed start playing, wth!!!

PS: Seriously considering remove my subscription and changing to another plataform.
