Language different from default?

Just recently when I opened the Spotify web player and logged in (I use a Chromebook so the desktop app isn't an option), the language was set as Spanish. Although my Chrome settings are set to be for English (and only English), and the apps on my Windows laptop and phone are English, the web player (for both the log in page at play.spotify.com and the player at open.spotify.com) are now in Spanish. I have tried accessing account settings only to find that my location is set for the US and there is no way (that I can find) to change language, especially since Spotify Support doesn't offer a way to change language for the web player.

No I am not; I am using a personal email address and do not use Facebook to log in.

Since you've said that you already checked the settings and they seem to be okay, it should work after clearing your browser's cache. Have you tried that?
