Listening on a Sonos speaker and phone at the same time on a family plan

Hi,

 

My family has a family Spotify account with separate accounts for each person. These accounts usually work fine when two people are using it at the same time. However, when one person connects to our Sonos speaker, the other separate accounts are disabled as "someone is using Spotify on annother device". 

 

If anyone could help us out, that'd be great!

That's odd. It sound like both family members are logged into the same account. Could you verify if everyone is on their correct account? We'd recommend logging out from the accounts and make sure all are using their correct info.
