Local Files in playlists not syncing between mac, PC and Webplayer

I had several song files that I used to keep on my PC and had succesfully imported through Local Files on my Spotify Windows Desktop and into playlists. This all worked fine including syncing the playlist to my iphone (Offline). However it would not sync the PC local files to Spotify Desktop on my MacBook. So I could play the songs through Spotify only on my PC or my iPhone, not my MacBook. Thats OK I thought probably a Windows issue (usally is) so I just moved the local files from my PC to my MacBook and imported them again as local files on the MacBook Spotify Desktop app. No problems all went smooth and can still sync fine with my iPhone, except now I can't sync back to the Windows PC. Also can't sync to WebPlayer.

Is there anyway I can have my Spotify playlists synced so the playlists are all the same regardless of whether the device I happen to be using is PC, MacBook or iPhone?
