Log in with Facebook Account but cant´ access to Web Player

Hi There!

I ussualy use the Web PLayer when i´m working in my computer. Nowadays, I been logging in with my facebook account -as ussual-, but when I try to open the Web Player, i can´t access to the app. The window cleans up, and the Spotify logo apears with a message: "Log in with Spotify" (I attach one image of this). When I clic the button, a second window oppen, but it desapears quikly (I attach this image too). I would create a new account, but i have Premium Plan already linked.

I´ve tried to use the web player in Chrome (Versión 67.0.3396.62) and Internet Explorer... the same message appears. ¿Did anybody have the same problem? ¿What can i do?

Hey @rolalola

That looks peculiar!

I suggest clearing your browser's cookies, cache and history.

Another little method that might help you out is this:

1. At the login page, click on Sign up
2. Try to sign up with Facebook

It should pick up that you're already logged in with Facebook and then take you to the web player. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Sebasty:

Thanks for answering! I tried your ideas, but they did´t work. =(
However, I´m having similar troubles when I acces other web sites; probably is a browser problem. I´ll keep looking for a solution; i´ll let you know if something works!

Thanks again for your time!

In this case it might be network-related, such as some restrictions added to the hardware Firewall, or simply network congestion.

You can try wiping your DNS cache too:

1. find Command Prompt, right click on it and select "Open as Administrator"

2. Enter this

ipconfig /flushdns

3. Hit Enter.

This will clear all information stored in your computer's cache and help cure issues caused by old or bad DNS information.

What kind of issues have you encountered with other websites? 🙂
