Hello -

 

I am trying to sync my Spotify with Sonos.  It says that I need a register a login with Spotify (as opposed to Facebook), but when I go to create an account, I never receive an e-mail from Spotify when indicating that I would like to change (or create) a password.  Please advise.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Firstly, do you have a premium subscription? 

 

If you have a Spotify account created using Facebook, then you need to set a device password and retrieve your Spotify username (a string of 10 digits normally) from your online profile.

 

If you don't get the email, get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to do it manually for you. If you get an automated email reply, make sure you reply directly to that email (even from no-reply) so an agent will pick up your case.
