Free services?
Not sure which ones offer it as I do pay for the services I use:

I use WiMP (exclusive to scandinavia, and no free alternative)
Xbox Music (not sure if free alternative)
There IS nokia mixradio, which is similar in function to Spotify Free (I think you need a lumia though, but you could search for it just in case)
Along with that, Pandora and Rdio offer similar services I think. Havent used them, just heard of them.
Also Deezer may have a free service. Once again, havent tried it.

It's not a bug, it's a feature.
Spotify doesn't care about Windows enough to provide this.

Don't misunderstand, I'm not saying Windows Phone sucks, I'm in the same boat as you.
I decided to quit premium due to this.

It was announced on the first "update" post that Free on Windows Phone would be added in a release after the main update.

Yes. No dates though. We'll probably get that update sometime in 2015-16-ish.

Do you recommend any similar apps for windows phone?
