Login Failed mispelled or changed password

Login Failed mispelled or changed password

My spotify account kept crashing so I logged out, and now I can no longer log in. I created my account through Facebook and everytime I try to log in through Facebook it says "Maybe you've changed or mispelled your password" and I know I haven't. I had to make a separate account to post this because I've tried everything and I can't log in to my other account. Please help!

Try logging into Facebook.com then clicking on the "Music" tab on the left. Then click any Spotify link, the desktop client *should* open if your account already logged in.

I've already tried that and it came up with the same message.

In that case get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check out your account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
