Marantz sr7007 receiver wont log on spotify with family premium plan?

tried both email and device user name

just get a message that i dont have premium when i try to log on

If you don't see that you have Premium, you might be logging in on another Free account. We suggest that you check if you have other accounts and make sure that you log in with the right details for Premium.
