Missing album from the Russian Spotify

For some reason, Britney Spears' LP "Britney Jean" is unavailable for Russian Spotify users. This feels like a mistake since this full album is available worldwide and is a valid worldwide release just like any other LP of hers.  Is there an known reason behind this?
