Music mixed with another artist (same name artist)

My song is showing on someone else's artist profile we both have the same artist name. as a result, I can't claim my artist profile too plus when I tried to contact Spotify

it keeps showing Uh Oh Something went wrong please help. We distributed with Onerpm

However right now Spotify are experiencing extremely high demand for support right now so I'd recommend reaching out to your distributor as they'll most likely have a direct link which will help speed this up!
