Music is not scrobbling music from Garmin Running watches when syncing with Spotify. It does not scrobble my tracks to last.fm

I have Spotify Premium but music is not scrobbling music from Garmin Running watches when syncing with Spotify. It does not scrobble my tracks to last.fm . How is it possible to fix?
