Music on Spotify but not on Windows Player

Hey, I'm looking to play some music that is definitely on Spotify when you google it, but not on the Windows version when I search it. Is there any reason for this or a way I could fix it? The album I'm looking for is Release from Agony by Destruction. I could add screenshots showing what I'm talking about if you want.

I forgot, I've also tried adding the album to a playlist in browser and then checking in the Windows version to see if it was there, but that didn't work.

Update: The album has shown up on my Windows version, but none of the songs appear playable for some reason. Screenshot of it attached. Anyone know any reason or fix for this?
