Music won't play on PS3?

Everytime I go to play music on my PS3 it will say it started then stops. I don't have this problem on my laptop, but whenever I go to do it on my ps3 It won't. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and still didn't work.

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. It may sound simple, but try uninstalling the app again > reset your PlayStation 3 > reset your network router > install Spotify.

what do you mean by "reset"????    a back to factory reset???

Go into your ps settings and change the MTU to 1480 worked a charm for me on spotify premium

 Changing it to 1480 did nothing
