Muted Artist is still playing

Muted Artist is still playing

Hello I’m having trouble with a muted artists. I’m using the premium account but it still plays their music in playlist, where they’re not even listed in. I’ve re-downloaded the app multiple times but it keeps happening on all devices (iphone, computer, tablet). I unmuted and muted the artists again but it didn’t work and i don’t know what to do.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

 

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

If you are, can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try a clean reinstall (instead of a regular one) to clear any old files that might be causing issues.
