My account contains 20-30 hidden playlists.

Like the title says, my account has 20-30 hidden playlists after playing incorrectly with libSpotify. Spotify client won't show them (Reason i can't delete them), neither libSpotify. Only WebAPI shows them and still cannot delete them. Since i'm a developer its annoying to use WebAPI and return all those empty no name playlists >.>, and libSpotify/Spotify client spam me hundred of errors per second.

The bug happend when trying to create a playlist inside 'playlist_state_changed'. If the call is not deferred, then an empty playlist will be created and will be hidden.
