My musics stop being available offline

My musics are all available offline, and I'm listening to them very happy, but then, all of a sudden, they're not anymore. The green box for available offline turns off and I have to download all my music again. What can I do to fix this problem?

Yeah the Windows phone app isn't the most stable or fully featured one. I noticed you tagged it as WP8. I upgraded mine to WP10. Have ou tried Spotify on Windows Phone 10 ? I haven't seen that kind of issue on my Lumia.

However, I do ocassionally see missing playlists (Blank rows) without a data connection. That's kind of annoying. No love for Win10 😞

WPs are never the most featured cell phones. haha
And I haven't tried yet 'cause I don't know if it's available already for the model of my WP. And I don't know if the country I'm in have something with it too, probably yes (I'm from Brazil).
