My playlist got erased

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I added a song to my playlist. Today I came back, opened it and it's all empty. I cannot recover it, because it wasn't deleted. How could this happen? Can I retrieve its content? I placed a lot of songs there and it is a huge loss to me.

No, I don't see that playlist there.
I requested to archive my Spotify data. Currently I'm awaiting for the mail with the file. Hopefully, it will contain certain info, so that I can recreate my playlist.

Several things we need to know:

1. How many songs approximately did the playlist contain? 
2. Do you get any kind of an error message when you open it? 
3. Could you send us a screenshot of how it appears?
4. Are there any changes in all of your other playlists or songs?
