Netgear NeoTv 300SL not working

Netgear NeoTv 300SL not working

Hi!

I just contacted Netgear support about this issue and they have "escalated" the ticket i provided.

The app starts just fine on my mediaplayer NeoTv 300SL but I'm not able to provide login details. Just see the logo and the grey background. Netgear sad that not everyone have this problem and that they now investigating the issue.

Just letting you know.

Do you get to fix this problem?

I got this answer from Netgear:

"Hi,

Thank you for the information that you have provided. We do not have any updates as well from Spotify with regard to it. The firmware of the NeoTv actually is not the solution for that since other apps are working, however, it is with the application from Spotify to communicate with the NeoTV. Please let us know if you get any responses from Spotify, we will also appreciate it.

I have not heard from you in a few days. However, as verified, the issues you have in accessing Spotify is not caused by the NeoTV.
