Hi WerewolfGod2002,

I am not certain if you can do this through the web, however, if you would like to change your playlist art you can do so by navigating to the album, hovering your mouse over the album art then clicking the pencil icon that pops up, you can then upload your own picture for use!

Sorry, I tried that but it only showed a play button, no pencil logo,

No need to be sorry! If you can, download the Spotify client to your computer, it will allow you some more feature than you have on the web including the ability to change the playlist art.
