My Question or Issue

Hey community, 

I recently changed from regular Premium to Spotify premium for students. Since then, I've got a few problems with my account. 

 

All of my old playlist are shown in my profile but I can't edit them anymore. 

Another issue is that any new playlist I make, fails. It either fails immediately or just disappears after creating it .

Do you know what I could do to solve that problem ?

Hey @R-Paulina, help's here.

 

That sounds odd. Does this happen with all devices? 

 

We suggest that you reinstall the app for a fresh start. Make sure that you log in to the right account, and check if you can use Premium features such as offline listening.

 

If that doesn't help, please get back with a screenshot and we'll have a closer look.
