No Spotify after change of hifi-streamer

For a couple of years I've used Spotify premium on my PC, listening with a Marantz hifi streamer (Marantz NA8005), connected to my hifi-system.

Recently I upgraded the streamer (to a Marantz NA11), but in the menu of 'other devices' the old streamer keeps showing up and with the NA11 I'm no longer able to play music through my audio-system, other than by Airplay.

I've already re-installed Spotify, both on my mobilephone and on my desktop as well as the NA11, but for any reason the old streamer keeps on showing up as the new one is neglected.

Any suggestions ?
