No more connection with Denon AVR 2113 receiver

Hi all,

today my Denon AVR 2113 is suddenly no longer connected to my Spotify account. When I try to reconnect it shows a message that I need a Premium account but I have one (Premium Family) and it worked fine the last weeks. Internet connection is ok.

What can I do?
