No options under "My Music"?

I can no longer access my saved tracks or local files that have been shared with spotify, this started after spotify had a weird fit where it kept crashing and updating constantly, and since I can't access my local files with the desktop app, it wont let me sync them to my phone, I have done a clean reinstall, and disabled hardware acceleration, but I can't find any solutions to this. I hope someone can help with this.

Have you added the folder you store your music under "Edit - Preferences..."? If not give it a try

Yes I have, still doesn't make anything show up.
