No sound on any device

It has been 2 days now and I have no sound coming from spotify. I use the webplayer as well as the Android app. I've tried it on four different computers as well as different browers as well as my phone but no sound comes when I click play even though the song appears to be playing and all the sound settings are normal. Any ideas what might be happening?

I've checked all those things and they are still not working sadly. I am
logged into a friends account at the moment and theirs is playing no
problem 😞

I am so sorry that you are still having this problem. I recommend you another option which could solve this issue for you. Please, do a clean reinstallation of Spotify.

It is the webplayer that I use most often. I have tried it on multiple
computers using both Chrome and Firefox.

That’s not cool that you still can’t listen to your music.

Please, try to clean cookies of the browser. Here are the instructions for Chrome and Firefox, just follow it.

You can also try to run a Spotify web player in incognito mode.
