No sound on the PlayStation

I can’t hear the music anymore on the PlayStation. We can see that it is playing. 

I have deleted the app and intalleted again. Login and logout.

The internet is fine. No other device had spotify on. 

What can I Do?

Hello joya,

Have you tried to go to the PS options and look around in the audio options, you probably put the option to play the music to your headphones/headset.. Try to keep all the sounds on your main audio source..

Where can I find this option?

It was working for a few weeks but suddenly the music is gone again.
