No sound through PS4

Sound will not work through PS4 Spotify app. Was working just fine then all the sudden stopped. App was uninstalled and reinstalled on PS4- still no sound. When app was exited regular PS4 sounds resumed inferring there is no incorrect cables. Spotify will play through all my other devices.

If possible, could you give it a try using a different internet connection?

If the issue is still there, could you send over a video where we can take a better look at what's happening? You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor.
