I'm making playlists public to other users, but when I searched for my playlists on a friend's account I couldn't find them. I want people to find my playlists directly through the search and not just via my account. I'm using Spotify 1.0.42.151.g19de0aa6 Im premium and one of my playlist is this.
https://play.spotify.com/user/1297970953/playlist/5ESssp8R5EH7dn5EVdpLLM
p.d.: Months ago could be found without problems, but suddenly it could not be more.
I just searched for your playlists and its listed now...
How did you solve the problem?
I am the same. How did you sort this??
Hey there @Marlieswallace,
Welcome to the Community - we will be happy to help!
It's always good to check if the playlist status is set to Public. Keep in mind that collaborative playlists do not appear in the search, as they are only visible to the people you have shared them with.
What you can try is to set your default setting to make every new playlist Public.
Note: Desktop app required.
Could you share a link or the the URI to one of your playlists, which is not appearing in the search? We can have a look into it and see what is going on exactly.
