Not Following Artists I have followed in the past.

I've noticed that a lot of artists I followed last year are not showing that I am not longer folowing them. Has anyone else had this?

When I installed spitify in a new phone, I had the same problem, so I need to push follow again all the artists I like.

I've not had a new phone. I'm annoyed because I've spent 2 years liking so many artists. Should it not be saved to the spoifiy cloud  & not the phone?
