I am being told that I have reached the maximum number of offline devices yet in the account screen there are only two showing and having checked all available devices I know this is wrong.  Cannot get this fixed as when you download to one of the three it only ever kicks off one of the other ones not the "phantom" one that I know nothing about...

If you've reached the maximum of number of devices on which you can download music, you need to disable one to enable another. Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
  2. Click REMOVE to disable offline playing on an individual device, or click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
    This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
  3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
  4. To enable a device for playing music offline, just download music to it.
