Offline mode doesnt work

I have one Playlist with this green arrow on the left side. But its still one. I really did the same with other Playlist but there is no arrow and no offline mode. The arrows next to the Songs arent green on the other lists. They are black and white. could u help me with my crazy Offline Mode? ❤️❤️ Ty

No i have enough space. 13 Songs ( one playlist) is offline avaiable, but the others aren't. Could i send u a photo from a screenshot of my iphone?
