Original account lost!

Basically, deacticvated facebook then i couldnt log in. assumed that upon reactivation it would be ok. But no, it created a brand new account. I have managed to track my old account and follow it, but i am still missing a few playlists! When i followed it, i recieved an email saying i have followed myself. Anyone pls help me?

Hey @dskumbag ! Welcome to the community ๐Ÿ™‚

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get that sorted out for you, or move everything over to a brand new (non-Facebook) account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


I have tried replying to the "no-reply" email adress and did not recieve an email back. Any other ideas?

How long ago did you reply?
