[Other Platform][Other] Rethinking contact options & general customer service

Looking at the forums, I'm not the only one who's having trouble with this... so perhaps it would be an idea for Spotify to change their current methods of getting in touch with them.

 

I have sent COUNTLESS emails through their so called 'contact form'... who it's actually going to, I have no idea but I'm imagining it's a big massive cyber BIN because my emails don't get responded to. When they eventually do respond, they send me incorrect information with broken links. This has been going on for two and a half weeks now. 

 

I've been a premium member for over a year now and very much thinking of just quitting because to be honest, it very much feels like they're taking the....

Could you please post any case numbers so we can chase those up and investigate what is going on!
