PS4 App Black Screen once opened.

I recently bought a PS4 and i want to use my Spotify Premium to play it while I kill zombies or play 2K. Everytime I start it up, it takes about a minute then says it cannot connect to the server and does not even go to the main page. I can connect to literally every other service on my PS4. Im about to cancel my subscription if this doesnt get fixed, wont support something if its not going to work. I would appreciate anyone who has a solution or if you have experienced the same issue to let me know.

Try to uninstall the app and download it again from PSN. That often does the trick. And another recommendation: When you're prompted to login, you can use Spotfiy connect (via your smartphone or tablet) or use your regular credentials to login. Spotify connect tends to reset the link of the app with yout account quite often, using your login/password seems to be much more stable.
