PS4 - Spotify integration lost, can't get it back

I used to have Spotify app working on my PS4 for quite a while.

Then one day, after the app was updated it lost its authentication and I had to login again.

But I could not, for some reason. It said it had a problem connection with the PlayStation Network.

Here's what I tried so far to fix this, nothing worked:

- logout of the PSN, log back in

- uninstall the app, install it again

- go to Spotify authorized apps, delete PS4

- (there's no such option on PSN btw)

The weird thing is, I can, on my phone selected the PS4 as a remote device to play, and it will work. What I cannot do is use the Spotify app.

Any hints?

Not sure if this helps in your case, but updating PS4 firmware solved problem in my case.
