[PS4] Trouble with account linking on PlayStation 4

When I try to open Spotify on my PS4, I am prompted to link my Spotify and PS4 accounts (which I have done before, successfully). Now, though, I get an error message saying my Spotify account is already linked to a PlayStation account, and I'm not able to log in. I have two PS4 accounts that I use regularly, so I'm guessing this is happening because I tried to unlink Spotify from one and link to another. I get the same error message on both PlayStation accounts, though, so I'm not able to use it at all. I have tried the "sign out of Spotify everywhere" option, but it hasn't solved anything. Any ideas?
