PS4 Won’t Play

My Question or Issue

Ok, so I was playing Battlefield 4 earlier listening and then I wanted to change to another one one of my playlists. Everytime I try, this comes up(image below) and when I try to log in it won’t let me(below aswell). Can I please get assistance?

Have you tried restarting your console?

And is this only happening while playing Battlefield 4?

It works now, and it was also doing it during my gta v session, but it fixed itself after about an hour. Wierd bug I suppose.
