PS4 track ordering

I like using Spotify on PS4 (v2.05) because I have good speakers, but when I do, I can't edit the order of upcoming tracks, aside from adding them to/removing them from the queue. Even when they are in the queue, I can't change their order. I've tried using Connect from my laptop(v1.0.54.1079.g3809528e) as well as my phone(v8.4.1.846 armV7) (on two different phones, even), but all to no avail. On mobile, it even takes away the 3 bars next to each track that you use to reorder them normally. Is this intentional? If so, why?
