Pauses after a few seconds regardless of app I'm using

I currently use Spotify on my Amazon Echo, iPhone and Mac. For the past few weeks, my music has been randomly pausing, and I was seeing the "someone has logged in elsewhere" error. It's to a point where I can't even listen to anything without it stopping after a few seconds.

I changed my passwords, logged out of all accounts, restarted my WiFi, and even tried logging in ONLY on my Echo (without logging in elsewhere) and still the same problem. It's really aggrivating. Please help!!
