Phone syncing playlists over mobile data traffic with sync over 3g deselected

I set a playlist to download and it did this download over the mobile data network even when that option was deselected. I have a 4G account on my Lumia 920, is that option only deselecting 3G and still permit download over 4G? It kind of depleted my mounthly data allowance :).

I whould also like that the app to keep the latest track, playlist or equal in the memory in some way, when I answer a phone call, the music I was playing is gone and I need to do a new search or start the playlist again.

Same here. The warning texts from AT&T came in so fast, I don't know if I got the data network turned off in time. I'll be pissed if downloading a 100 song playlist costs me an extra $15 this month.
