[PlayStation5][Developer] Re-launching Spotify on PS5 without a restart

Here's the setup: I'm listening to the Spotify app on my PS5, then I properly close the Spotify app to do something else on my PS5, then I go back to the Spotify app, but it refuses to function, giving me an error message with a bunch of random letter and numbers (screen cap below). Only a system restart or putting the system into sleep mode then waking it fixes the Spotify app.
It's my judgment that this is a Spotify app issue, not a PS5/Sony issue, since this issue doesn't happen with any other PS5 apps that I've used. Even if it is a PS5/Sony issue, Spotify should be bugging Sony to get this fixed, as it's a bad look for both companies. Users should be able to launch and exit Spotify dozens of times without a system restart if needed.
