Playing offline Music on Nokia Lumia 830 in my Car BMW 3er over Bluetooth

i have offline-Music downloaded in Spotify Premium-Account on my Nokia Lumia 830 /Win Phone 8.1).

Why can i not play this Music over Bluetooth in my Car BMW 3er ? It doesnt work with USB too !

Can the Car this data not find ?

Where can i find the offline-Music in the Nokia with Explorer ?

I do not know how you initiate playback in your car but you will not be able to browse the files from your car or computer. Neither over Bluetooth nor USB. You must use the Spotify client in your phone to play the music. When connected over Bluetooth you should be able to stream the audio to your car's stereo.
