Playlist suddenly empty

Solved!

Playlist suddenly empty

I curated this playlist with 100's of tracks over several years called 'Electro Boogie'

https://open.spotify.com/user/kmtlondon/playlist/3eONCKQX2tia5JJ4atEa9L

Suddenly this week it became empty. I defintely did not touch it or remove anything. It's not collaborative either so no-one else can edit it.

What's wierder is that it is empty on Desktop & Mobile, but has three songs on the Web version...

I went to the Spotify Account Playlist restore feature, but as the playlist was not deleted it does not appear there.

I think it's a Spotify bug! How can I restore it?

I contected Spotify Premium support here:
https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/?contact

They restored the playlist to a previous version in the history. Their explanation:

"The songs were removed on March 31st"

but couldn't tell me if it was a user error or spotify bug! Either way i'm happy now

1. Click Spotify in the menu bar then Quit Spotify.
2. Open Finder then click Go > Library in the menu bar. (You may need to hold the Alt key if Library isn’t visible).
3. Open Caches and delete the com.spotify.Client folder.
4. Click the back arrow.
5. Open Application Support and delete the Spotify folder.
6. Delete and reinstall Spotify.
