Playlist y reproducción

Me pasa que escucho musica, pero cuando detengo la reproducción y salgo de la app, al volver a ingresar no puedo seguir escuchando ni entrar a otra playlist. Soy premium. Ayuda por favor. Gracias.

Do you mean that when you close the app and then re-open it, you're not able to play any songs? We first suggest that you try reinstalling the app.

If that doesn't work, let us know what device this is happening on, the OS, and send us a screenshot, and we'll have a closer look.
