Playlists lost but unrecoverable

Hi I lost my playlists because I accidentaly linked the facebook account (which was my account) to another spotify account, and when I unbound it, all playlists were gone and spotify thinks it is a complete new account, I had an acount number but this doesnt work either.

I already tried to repair the playlists via the website and this didnt work either.

Please help.

Hey @JaftaStomp ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will have created a duplicate account when those accounts got merged and split again. It's not difficult to fix, but you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to apply the needed magic to get you back to your content. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
