Hello! For the past few weeks I have been unable to access my playlists on my WDTV, when I click on the option it is completely blank. I do not have this problem on my laptop. I looked for updates for the firmware on my WDTV and it claims it is up to date. Any help?

I have the same problem. For the last two weeks the playlists were incomplete on my WDTV and now the playlists have disappeared completely. The playlists are still available on my PC.
This post suggests the problem could be solved by Spotify:
I emailed and they have "informed the developers" but no solution as of yet.
I also emailed them a few days ago, got the same reply but nothing happend so far.
I contacted them on Facebook and magically as I went to take a photo of what I (don´t) see when I open playlists on my TV, everything was there again! I must say, the folks on the Spotify Cares facebook page were way more helpful than the customer service people via email.
