My Question or Issue

My playlists are not really fully syncing between my Android device or my PCs. They PLAY correctly, but they don't actually display properly in both devices. I've tried logging out/logging in, going in and out of offline mode on both devices, and nothing seems to be working. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? It only started happening recently, within the last week or so.

Hey @stingzgrrl! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

That's a common issue.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

That you usually do the trick. ^^

Let me know if that helps, thanks! ^^

Peace

@nico4techno, that seems to have done the trick. Uninstalling/reinstalling was probably the only thing I didn't try. Thank you!

  • Hi, I have the same problem but for the albums. I have evrything synch between my pc and my android correctly except for my saved albums. I have try all the tricks (reinstalling, reloging) on the two device but it has not solved the problem. Can you help ?

My Windows application also does not sync with my android. They are on the same network, same account and I just tried to log out and reinstall on windows but to no avail. It still does not sync on my windows machine.
