I made some of my playlists public so that I could add them on another user.. 

It's important that my playlists are at "secret" to me. 

I put secret back on, but still if you go to my profile, they are still showing? 

I'm almost in panic, I don't know what to do..

I wish spotify was more private, music is personal to me.  This makes me so frustrated. I feel helpless.

Wouldn't surpise me if this also showed to people who check my spotify...

Sorry to hear you're having problems with this! I just tried switching secret off and on for one of my personal playlists and it disappeared from the profile as intended. What platform are you using? You might try doing it from another platform (for instance, the Web Player) and seeing if your profile is then updated correctly.

Assuming you use the same username for your Spotify account, there are no public playlists for your username.
